1. Overview
This platform provides a QR code-based system that allows members of the public to voluntarily tip registered car guards electronically.
By using this Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of the Service
The platform acts solely as a facilitator of voluntary tips.
• Tips are optional and not mandatory
• The platform does not employ car guards
• Car guards operate independently
• The platform does not guarantee income or tip amounts
Users choose freely whether to tip.
3. No User Account Required
Users are not required to register or create an account in order to tip a car guard.
All tips are voluntary.
4. Registration of Car Guards
Car guards must provide accurate information during registration, including:
• Full name
• Valid identification number
• Contact details
• Payment details for e-wallet payouts
Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the platform.
5. Tips and Payments
Tips are processed electronically through QR code payments.
All payments are voluntary.
Users acknowledge that:
• Tips are not refundable
• Payments are final once completed
• Tips cannot be reversed after successful processing
6. Platform Fees
A 6% platform fee is deducted from all tips collected.
This fee covers:
• Technology infrastructure
• Payment processing costs
• Platform maintenance
• Customer support
• Ongoing platform improvements
Additional payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may also apply.
7. Payouts to Car Guards
Registered car guards receive payouts via e-wallet on a bi-weekly basis.
Payout amounts will reflect:
Total tips received
minus platform fees
minus applicable payment processing fees
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Payment providers
• E-wallet providers
• Incorrect details supplied by the car guard
8. No Refund Policy
All tips made through the platform are non-refundable.
Users should ensure they are satisfied with the amount before confirming payment.
9. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
• Use the platform for fraudulent transactions
• Interfere with or attempt to manipulate the payment system
• Use QR codes for unlawful purposes
Car guards agree not to:
• Misrepresent their identity
• Share QR codes dishonestly
• Use the platform for illegal activities
10. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is”.
We are not liable for:
• Loss of earnings
• Incorrect tips entered by users
• Payment delays caused by third-party providers
• Technical downtime
• User payment errors
• Loss resulting from incorrect guard information
11. Suspension or Removal
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any car guard from the platform if:
• False information is provided
• Fraud is suspected
• The platform is misused
• Unlawful activity occurs
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
